Winning Wednesday

Meal 1:

  • Fat Flush Protein Shake made with:
  1. 2 cups frozen spinach
  2. 1 scoop Dymatize Elite whey protein powder
  3. 1 cup non fat milk
  4. 1 kiwi
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Black coffee

Meal 2:

  • 1/2 cup nf cottage cheese with melon and cinnamon
  • 2 cups Peppermint tea

Meal 3:

  • Chicken of the Sea chunk white tuna cup
  • 1/4 cup NF cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cucumber salad (cuke, NF plain yogut, and feta)
  • 1 yukon gold potato

Meal 4:

  • 1 scoop Elite Dymatize Protein
  • 1 small banana

Meal 5:

  • 3 oz tilipia fish
  • 1 cup edame
  • 3 cups green salad with rice vinegar and olive oil

Meal 6:

  • Swiss Miss SF cocoa
  • 1/2 scoop Dymatize Casein protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nf milk

6 -7 Liters of water
